Description:
A deep foundation system was needed for a custom home located on a lot with inadequate foundation soils. We prepared structural engineering drawings for the foundation contractor who installed the helical piers and concrete foundations. Our work included load path analysis, design of concrete foundations and structural floor slabs and the location and loads for helical piers.
