Description:
We were retained by the defendant to determine the cause or contributory causes which lead to a slip and fall incident. We inspected the facility while the facilities operations were offline and when they were online. Upon completion of the site examination, interviews, and research, we provided a verbal opinion as to the cause or contributory causes to the slip and fall incident.
